I love the scan and go service on the pump and inside Sam’s Club. I can choose whatever items I need or want, and checkout on my phone. No need to wait in line to get checked out. Fast and convenient

Bought a new set of tires and scheduled an appointment for 2pm. Arrived 10 minutes early and ending up waiting till 4pm for them to finish installing the new tires. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful asking the technicians for updates but just a weird busy day I guess

Love Sam's Club pickup. The only issue I've had is the guys don't seem to know how to correctly pack your car without putting heavy stuff on top of light stuff. The girls do much better. The other thing is they will say an item is not available yet if I run into the store oh boy look they have it. So why is that? It happens with eggs alot! Then there are some items they prefer to ship to you. Not happy with that especially in this heat in AZ. For instance mayonnaise. Canned mushrooms. By the time we get the item it's hot like it's been sitting out in the sun. Not feeling good about items like those. Absolutely NOT any laundry detergent or liquid cleaner. Often they have leaked and even through the box but was still delivered and left at our door. Picking up works for me because I'm unable to walk the store with back pain and neuropathy issues. If I take a mobility cart I can't get all the groceries I need because the cart only holds so much. So you have to pick your battles. Everyone is always nice. I've not had a rude employee or anything like that. Oh and their website. They change it all the time!! That is frustrating.

I want to express my sincerest gratitude to the incredible team at Sam’s Club in Surprise, Arizona. During a recent visit, I lost my electronic car key — the kind that costs over $600 to replace — and I was extremely stressed thinking it was gone for good. Thanks to the honesty, professionalism, and kindness of your staff, my key was found and safely returned to me. In today’s world, that level of integrity deserves to be recognized and celebrated. Please know how much I appreciate the extra effort your team made to help me. You turned what could have been a terrible and very expensive experience into a reminder that there are still truly good people out there. Thank you again to everyone involved. Your outstanding customer service and honesty did not go unnoticed!

Prices have gone up a bunch on soda and energy drinks. The cashier tonight was pretty rude. The pizza was so disgusting. Never been a huge fan anyways but my kid asked for it and was grossed out so I tried it to and I don't even know how to describe what a rotten taste the pepperoni slice combo had tonight. Never enough cashiers either. They are always trying to make self check out a thing now but still no tap to pay.
